In pursuit of other dreams

The Georges-Simenon Theatre is hosting this season the reprise of Pursuits of Other Dreams, directed by Jérôme Dupin and choreographed by Charlotte Kah with the second-year students, before a series of performances at the Maison des Arts de Créteil. This partnership with a national stage offers students an essential experience of professional life: performing in real conditions, sharing the stage on a large scale, and being part of a true touring dynamic.

In this creation, Jérôme Dupin combines circus and theater by exploring what drives us to move forward. Dreams, desires, loves, or fears: everyone is pursuing something or is pursued by what they try to avoid. A joyful and burlesque show, where the body becomes the engine of desire, flight, and joy, in a collective and generous movement.
