What state am I in?

The Théâtre Georges Simenon once again welcomes our 2nd-year students for an original creation by Sylvère Lamotte. The choreographer returns to the world of contemporary circus, which he is particularly fond of, to create a tailor-made piece with them.

On stage, each with their own apparatus, the artists go through the different states that constitute boredom. Like Alice's rabbit (Lewis Carroll), the circus artists lead the audience through a succession of scenes, each more colorful and absurd than the last, where technical virtuosity takes center stage.

Countering received wisdom about boredom, this piece is conceived as a true celebration, an ode to our wanderings.

Directed by: Sylvère Lamotte
